“I have always had great experiences renting. this is my very first negative review. I am sorry i had to do this but others should be aware.The owner never communicated with me and never sent me the code to enter the property. I had to call VRBO/ Vacasa to complain. They were able to send me the code. When i got to the property it was clear that there was no effort made for my arrival. A few inches of snow had piled up in front of the entrance. “Older building on the outside and yard. But rooms were remodeled and very nice. No contact with any staff except by text and emails. They give you a code for the doors. A little different.”

“We needed a place just for one night. The Bridgewater Inn was a perfect spot for our needs. It was chosen because of convenience, but it was a nice introduction to the place we will definitely revisit when we have the time for a more prolonged stay. Clean, cozy and accomodating.”

“This property was perfectly located across the street from a local shuttle (or a 5 min drive) to the ski resort and within walking distance to restaurants in town. The unit was clean and spacious. The guest services were easily available. The only minor downside was that the smart TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi - would recommend bringing a firestick or tablet. Would stay here again!”

“My husband and I enjoyed staying here as part of our weekend ski trip to Okemo. It was quiet and the location is perfect to get to the resort. There is the Eatery around the corner for breakfast and plenty of liquor stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t end up taking the bus, but we did see it stopped pretty much right in front of the house.
