“I wasn't disappointed in terms of value for money; contrary to the reviews, this hotel may no longer have the luster of the old Holiday Inn, but I would honestly stay there again on my next visit to Rutland. The room was very nice, clean, with the expected little extras. The bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, and TV were all very good. And what about the location, which is very convenient, with all amenities nearby?”

The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The views, wildflowers and surrounding scenery were absolutely breathtaking. What truly made it exceptional, though, was the hospitality. “The location is dreamy on a foggy morning. My room is in the back, away from the road.There are porch chairs right outside of my door on the strip of patio. The air is fresh. The bed is huge. A nutritious healthy family breakfast is served on a traditional dinner table in the kitchen/dining room by the very nice couple who run the inn. ”
