“Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. “The facilities, staff in all areas, restaurants, buffets, daily activities, pool area, on-site gym & entertainment were phenomenal. The beach area had plenty of palapa and tree shade. The ocean was calm with the first 12 ft of water very clear, then there was lots of coral/seagrass beyond that. Nice beach to walk on but the stretch is only as long as the 3 adjacent Iberostar resorts. The properties abutting the resort along the beachfront are run down and rightfully barricaded with chain link……
