“The facilities, staff in all areas, restaurants, buffets, daily activities, pool area, on-site gym & entertainment were phenomenal. The beach area had plenty of palapa and tree shade. The ocean was calm with the first 12 ft of water very clear, then there was lots of coral/seagrass beyond that. Nice beach to walk on but the stretch is only as long as the 3 adjacent Iberostar resorts. The properties abutting the resort along the beachfront are run down and rightfully barricaded with chain link……

“Stayed for 8 days. Had a wonderful time! Staff was friendly & helpful: especially JJ, the lifeguard on the beach by bldg 1; Deano, Colin, & Damien. Food was good but options limited due to slow season and only 1 restaurant in rotation and the buffet open each night. The beach was THE BEST EVER! If you're not picky, looking for total rest and relaxation and love the beach, this is perfect.”

“The pictures do not do this property any justice! The grounds and gardens are absolutely gorgeous and it felt like being in a tropical oasis. The cottages were lovely and had everything we could have needed. The entire staff was absolutely lovely and the most hospitable. Super chill vibes, friendly people, lovely beach access, great food. Couldn’t ask for anything more! This is definitely an underrated hotel and we will absolutely be back.”
