“My family and I spent 5 days at this lovely Villa with amazing ocean views from every balcony and the amazing outdoor space. The villa is exactly as detailed and pictured in the listing. The pool is large and absolutely sparkling clean. The on-site staff keeps the villa and pool clean, there were no bugs or spiders which in the DR is pretty common. The Stevens were very accommodating allowing me to book at the last minute. They immediately provided all the information on the villa, the staff,……

“I had a great time here. Awesome view of the water, horizon, and sunset from my balcony. Less than 10 min walk to the beach. The staff was nice. The property is on top of a hill. Unless your athletic, you will need some form of transportation, but taxis and motos are cheap and easily accessible. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Sosua.”

“This villa is amazing! When I booked I was looking for something with enough space for myself and my 4 children and their spouses/significant others. This property couldnt have been any more perfect. The villa is just beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The staff was so friendly and amazing. Breakfast every morning and the BBQ were the best. Perry and Debra are the wonderful hosts. They were very efficient with communication and were easy to communicate with. We received everything promised……

“Very nice property with pool, surrounded by farms. Very nice apartment owner with great communication. Property security guards are gossipy and do not keep guest information private. They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. ”
