“Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music”

“The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication.”

“1. A/C DID NOT WORK IN ALL THE ROOMS EFFECTIVELY. NO A/C IN MASTER BEDROOM 2. HOT WATER DID NOT ALWAYS WORK 3. NOT ENOUGH WASH CLOTHES ON HAND 4. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT 5. SECURITY WAS TOP NOTCH 6. TV'S NEED TO BE UPGRADED TOO SMALL 7. NO TV'S INSIDE THE BEDROOM”

“Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!! Arrived within the 2pm hour after multiple calls and frustration was able to physically enter and unpack after……

“There was some miscommunication the first few days of our vacation. None of the problems were the fault of our host, it was the staff where we checked in. As soon as the host knew he contacted his people & problems were solved. We would definitely stay again at this host’s property. The BBQ at the villa was amazing & having our own private pool & courtyard made the holiday a dream come true. Thanks to the staff that saw to all of our daily needs.
