“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so……

“We stayed in three different locations during our weeklong stay. Cabarete, Las Terrenas and Sosua. This place was closest to the action and the views are amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the kite surfers. Unit could use some updating but it was still very comfortable! ”

“The host offered an excellent service. The AC in my rented apartment was not cooling enough. He immediately moved me to a villa and got the AC fixed right away. He kept me in the Villa because he didn't want to inconvenient me. The villa was so beautiful with a private swimming pool. Second time renting with him, I will surely come back again. I wish all other hosts can be like him. ”

“Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10”
