She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

Waited in the lobby for an additional 40 minutes, approached the desk to check the room status, then informed it was ready and we were just never notified. In addition to this delay in check in we had issues when the room as well. We ”

I hope management can address this significant and inconvenient gap in service with me and for others. ”
