“The front desk and airport shuttle staff were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. My room was fine, nothing special. It was a sad gray and white with no carpet or rug. In place of a closet, there was a cabinet for hanging clothes. It was way too short and my dresses got wrinkled from balling up on the floor. The make mirror was broken in the bathroom. The worst was that the floor (vinyl fake wood) was dirty—hair balls, crumbs, etc. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was……
