“Great property! Fit 10 adults and 8 kids under 12 just fine. Great view, pool and proximity to the Ocean. Gary is a great owner and Beth the property manager was as well. Definitely will book again.”

“The house has a great layout, perfect location near the beach and not far from shops, and it seems parts of the home have been renovated/updated recently. There was also a great inventory of beach supplies available in the garage making it very friendly for anyone who is flying in or isn't able to haul their own stuff. The A/C also worked extremely well considering the heat and humidity outside.Some areas for improvement: one ceiling fan is missing a blade, some parts of the main floor have……

“The property is beautiful and it was clean. We were well situated and loved being at the end of the street. Originally, we were informed there was no elevator there. But, thankfully that was wrong info, which helped greatly as we loaded items in and out. The coffee maker killed over on the 2nd day, but everyone was rescued by a trip to Dunkin. We would gladly stay there again for our Executive Team meetings. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the home for the week. Owners communications was excellent and if we needed anything, I felt like they would have responded immediately. The location is perfect, private boardwalk to the beach and the pool and deck was just right. The beach was amazing and the ocean a blast… . Garage parking, plenty of storage, could not ask for more. “Absolutely fabulous property. Beautiful home with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Large pool, spectacular decks and great beach access. Only negative is the kitchen supplies - limited pots, skillets and baking sheets if cooking for a large group. ”

“Enjoyed a great vacation with multi families staying on property. Pool and deck size were perfect for our group and we utilized the pool day and night when not at the beach. Short walk to beach access on a less crowded location in the Coligny Plaza area.”
