“Location was great! Stayed in sea pines several times before. House wasn’t quite up to par. Water damage was apparent throughout the house. Un-painted, un-sanded Sheetrock everywhere. Pool deck and hot tub were in need of repair. Garage was accessible but not usable for cars. Too much junk to park a car. Air conditioner kept freezing up and water heater kept leaking into the kitchen. Not worth what we paid!”

“Beautiful house with most bedrooms having an ocean view. Close expansive ocean view with very short private walk to the mostly empty beach. The first floor is very open. We were to comfortably have a large party for over 50 people. Ton of parking space with 4 garages. Would definitely rent avain. ”

“Overall, our stay was great. The kitchen does need updating to be considered a gourmet kitchen and to accommodate the number of people this home accommodates. Although this house is "beachfront" you a have very limited view of the beach and a lengthy walk to haul everything to the beach. However, if it's privacy and a quiet beach you seek... you won't find a better location.”

“We had a very pleasant vacation celebrating our daughter’s finishing the hardest semester at GA tech at this beautiful villa !! One of the nicest, very well kept with beautiful views villa ! Great communication with owner . Definitely will be back ”
