“We won't hesitate to rent this home again. It is simply lovely, well maintained and stocked, well laid out, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and clean with plenty of linens. Serene is the word that keeps coming to me. The former tenants left the garbage cans in the drive, and from what the helpful neighbor told us, filled incorrectly, but the owner was pleasant and prompt when I let them know the situation. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.……

“My sisters and nieces and I spent an amazing long weekend at Villa Pine! There was plenty of room for 8 of us, large comfortable beds in the bedrooms and plenty of living space. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with Publix and restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend Villa Pine for a family, friends get together or girls weekend!”

“Amazing property and host. Igor was extremely accommodating and responsive. You could spend your entire trip at the pool and tiki bar set up. Although the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t the nicest, the property itself is in a nice little neighborhood that is a short Uber from Fort Lauderdale. I would highlight recommend for a group trip”
