“This was our second stay at this property. It was perfect, just like last time. Very adequate and great location. We have 4 teens, so location is more important than luxury. We cooked a few times. The kitchen is exactly what we need. Walk everywhere. Lots of towels. Lots of dishware. We will be back.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Dennis’s condo! He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans and glassware. They provided very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and even coolers to take to the beach. The location of the condo is great! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is about 5 minutes South with lots of great restaurants and live music and a Publix in each direction. Beach access was a quick walk right across A1A and easy to get to……

“Our stay was fantastic, and Kevin was an outstanding and helpful host! The unit had it all… absolutely clean, full amenity with supplies, and prime location on El Mar (right up the block from all the stores and restaurants on Commercial). I would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting LBTS and our sincere kudos to Kevin for such a wonderful place… thank you!!”

“Great location minutes away from the beaches shopping centers. The condo it self was very comfortable and efficient in so many ways. Me and my family definitely enjoyed the stay and hopefully we'll get to come before the end of the summer. Again, can't express how nice of a facility it is and how comfortable as well as location. Wonderful! Very thankful. Veronica was a great host as well as her assistant Tito. Very prompt, easy to reach and contact”

"Oh boy, where do I even start? This isn’t a hotel—it’s an empty box with a bed, a blanket, and a deep sense of regret. Housekeeping? Hilarious. Basic necessities? Only if you enjoy the fine art of begging at the front desk. The “fully equipped kitchen” is truly something special. I tried boiling water, and after an hour, I started wondering if I had discovered a new state of matter. Pots, pans, plates? You wish. Coffee? Sure, if you bring your own beans, grinder, and machine. Hairdryer? Maybe if you stand outside and let the wind do the work. And the front desk? Oh, they’re so “helpful.” Need something? You might get it. You might not. Maybe they’ll tell you to come back later. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to receive your items one by one, like unlocking achievements in a really bad mobile game. The bathroom? A science experiment gone wrong. The floor? A crime scene. The pool? Fictional. The kitchen? A disaster area FEMA wouldn’t dare touch. Honestly, sleeping in my car would’ve been a luxury compared to this. Stay here if you enjoy frustration, disappointment, and the thrill of survival mode."
