“Ari and Mark did a wonderful job making us feel welcome at their cute bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to the downtown area of Sayville and the train stop. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. We plan on staying there the next time……

“This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. “The Great Times house was just as expected. It's a standard Long Island suburban house. It's not a big house, but it had plenty of room for our group. It's very clean, and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you forgot something, there's a Walmart Supercenter just up the street. ”
