“Enjoyed our stay, property was as advertised. Quiet, comfortable neighborhood, and host was prompt with all communications.”

“We didn’t get to fully utilize all of the amenities that the house provided since we were visiting with family for the duration of our stay. It was a perfect spot for us to unwind and wake up to each day. My only peeve was that I wish there was a Keurig because it is just easier when you have people waking at staggered times or one person wanting coffee. Overall it was a comfortable and quite pleasant stay! ”

Plenty of hangers, towels, bedding, paper products were available. Dishes and kitchenware was all in excellent condition.House is set back from roadway so it is a peaceful setting.I would return again!”

“We had a nice stay in Patchogue while visiting friends and family during spring break. The house has all that you would expect - toiletries, kitchen tools and supplies. Very close to Main Street Patchogue and a variety of delicious restaurants.”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
