“Excellent very clean property, every detail was thought out, so it made it very easy. I'd definitely recommend it.”

“Wow what a nice neat place. Very clean, a HEATED bathroom floor!! Nice size yard totally fenced. Very nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner sent information needed in a timely manner, was very quick to respond to my emails and very accommodating for our needs. Only 11 mins from the Vermont flower show in Essex junction. Restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable too!”

“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”

“Less than a block away from great restaurants and bars, with a nice waterfront hike nearby. We really liked the screened porch right off the kitchen and how safe it felt. The spaces are cozy and they’ve tried to make everything comfortable. The kitchen could be a little better stocked (no cutting board or basic spices) and the bathroom needs a refresh (floor, shower curtain, clean the baseboards). But overall, we liked it and recommend it!”
