“We really enjoyed our stay”

“Great stay”

“I really enjoyed the sitting areas and the pool. There was a nice view of the lake, but I don't know if swimming in the lake was an option. The "swim" area was heavily wooded.”

“Hubby and I had a very quick stay; just one night. Our room was clean and perfect for the two of us. It was super easy to check in and out. The only complaint I have is that when we went to get our coffee and breakfast in the morning, the electricity was off and we couldn’t toast our bagel. The view from our room was incredible; serene and tranquil.”

“Very quiet and the room was clean. They provided coffee and we also had a refrigerator in the room. Parking was so easy. Very walkable to Gruene, about 10 minutes. The only issue we had was the electrical plug in the bathroom did not work. I let them know at check out and got an immediate response. This was our second stay at this property and we will return again.”

“Very cozy remote and private. Loved the amenities and the easy in and out access. Bed could be a little more comfortable and the shower is small but great pressure. Would stay again but maybe in the bigger unit with a kitchen. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away. The home has an electric fireplace that adds another level of coziness. The personal hot tub is also easy to use. We are 5 mins away from downtown Wimberly, by car. The staff left candies and a candle as a keepsake. Nice touches and we enjoyed our stay. The stove is an electric stove but functional. Just fyi if you're planning on cooking a big meal. It might be a challenge. ”

“First, great location. We were able to walk into Wimberley Square rather than drive & get caught in the heavy weekend traffic and full parking. The rooms are nice but the bed and single chair are very low to the ground. A rug in front of the vanity over the concrete floor would be nice. Brunch was terrific as were the wait and bar staff.”

“This was our first visit. The hotel is small, attractive and comfortable. It was a Monday and there were very few guests. Unfortunately, our room #4 was next to a room that needed extra cleaning and/or maintenance and the activity was annoying. Worse than that, in the room on the other side of us, an actual or wannabe opera singer played loud music and practiced his vocals. The walls are paper-thin and the noise ruined our time at the hotel. We'll give it another try sometime, but the experience……
