“I had such a wonderful stay at Heidelberg Lodges! The property is incredibly charming, tucked right along the river, which is absolutely beautiful. It’s so calm and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming, and it’s clear they truly care about the guest experience. “Post card cabin review We had a lovely stay at the Postcard Cabin! The space was clean, cozy, and peaceful—everything we needed for a relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be going back! One thing worth highlighting is the local market area nearby. It had such a charming mix of small shops, local goods, and even a beautiful little French wine restaurant that made for a really special outing. “Very quiet and the room was clean. They provided coffee and we also had a refrigerator in the room. Parking was so easy. Very walkable to Gruene, about 10 minutes. The only issue we had was the electrical plug in the bathroom did not work. I let them know at check out and got an immediate response. This was our second stay at this property and we will return again.”

“First, great location. We were able to walk into Wimberley Square rather than drive & get caught in the heavy weekend traffic and full parking. The rooms are nice but the bed and single chair are very low to the ground. A rug in front of the vanity over the concrete floor would be nice. Brunch was terrific as were the wait and bar staff.”
