“The property was very quaint. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner. Check in was brief. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even with helping to get a driver for the early morning ride to the airport. ”

When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators ”

“The staff was amazing, and they kept the place clean. They kept the place clean and were friendly and accommodating. The biggest issue was the electricity. Although, the concept of the lights going out is ecologically great but the hotel wiring was not put in properly. There were ongoing issues with the television and the door bell would ring and lights would flash. ”

“It is difficult to get help when you need it. There is no front desk service. Front desk phone not working and the responsible agent never pickup phone calls. There are ants everywhere in the apartment. The security people are great and friendly. ”

“Pros: Location and Cleaning staff, and safety. Cons: lack of Value for Money, old amenities in one single room unit, pictures are misleading, management is MIA. ”

“I went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the week”

“Excellent stay - the men on reception were very calm and professional (which marked a great improvement compared to my experience at the same property a few years ago). The room was clean and comfortable , Wi-Fi was stable and the security/porters / cleaners were all nice and polite guys too. Some soft music in the reception area might be nice for the customers and staff alike.”
