“The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional. A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver. “This apartment is located right in the heart of Accra. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The security on the apartment was very good and the receptionists were very helpful, especially Winnard who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very spacious and Air Conditioning in every room. If I come back to Accra again I would 100% stay here.”
