“This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! ”

“Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood! The check-in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed. It was kid friendly which is huge for us. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to be around mid or downtown Sacramento! ”

“Immaculate, cozy, comfortable apartment near Old Sacramento. Beds were super comfy and host was very responsive.”

“Perfect location for my dog and I. I did keep her on leash in the backyard because there was an old rat poison dispenser, but that was easy enough. The picnic tables and lounge chair were nice touches too.”

“Wow! Three blocks to my daughter’s house in the midtown area - the place was inviting as well asEquipped and comfortable. There for her wedding the proximity alone was amazing but the layout and comfort ? We loved it. Everything was accessible and easy to manage fromThis ideal location. WillDefinitely book it again and again - from the most quiet shower toThe most comfy and cozy of beds ! Hands down topOfMy list in Sacramento !”

“The cottage was stylish, immaculate and loaded with everything from power cords to kitchenware. The hosts were very communicative and volunteered lots of advice on how to enjoy Sacramento. The cottage is very private and located in the heart of a lovely residential area, filled with tree-lined streets and handsome old homes. Many restaurants, parks and historical sites are within easy walking distance.”

“A perfect price/quality ratio. Very close to the convention center, which was exactly what we needed for the CIM. The apartment had everything we needed, including *very* comfortable beds. (The Keurig machine didn't work, though, but that's okay as there was a french press.)”

“Check in was quick and easy as was the Wi-Fi setup. Wi-Fi password was provided on a card near the door. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was very good except for one thing. Ants were coming from a locked door and eventually to the kitchen. Owner was notified and promised to send exterminator after we checked out. Later revised to the last day we would stay. Overall though, it was a nice place and I'd probably stay again.”
