Location is in good proximity to restaurants and Sutter Helath park but not being familiar with the area made getting to the house a bit difficult (nearby construction and one way traffic). The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs.
