“When we need to be in Sacramento a few times a year, I always check the price of Hyatt House first. The rooms are very clean, there's a lounge/restaurant on premises, and over a dozen other places to eat or drink within a quarter-mile radius from the hotel. The included breakfast, whereas still not up to European standards, is a step up from most American hotels (and certainly far above American motels). Occasionally something is happening in town (sports game, political things, conferences,……

“From start to finish it was awesome. This was my first time staying here but not my last. I called before I arrived to ask questions and they were so helpful over the phone. The shuttle picks you up from rental car lot (thatya first for me and very convenient). Corey picked me up and was such a great driver. His customer service was outstanding. Ms. Tammy shuttled to the airport when it was time to leave. She also provided outstanding service. The drivers of the shuttle also work the front desk……

“comfortable and tidy room. super clean bathroom. very good quality shampoo and bodywash. coffee machine with lots of capsules, appreciated. very friendly staff. excellent location in town. however, still need improvement on air ventilation problem”
