“This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house……

“The updating and eclectic details were wonderful. If we were staying long term, nothing could be lacking; from pots and dishes to laundry and relaxing areas. Wonderfully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend and would sty again. Note that there are lots of stairs (that may be challenging for some folks). ”

“This is a great choice for anyone looking to visit the mall of America as it is just minutes away. There is plenty of space in this home for a group get together allowing room for privacy but also room for everyone to be in one space.”

“I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!”

“To start, the Host was very accommodating to our schedule and we were able to start our wonderful getaway a few hours early. We arranged a time to meet and check in and he was right on time. The home was very cozy and had lots of different things for the family to do. Very peaceful location and a great view. Wish we were able to spend a couple more days away with the family but we were able to make tons of memories in only a short amount of time!”
