“We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this home in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet street. Everything about the place is exactly as promised online. Stocked with coffee & spices in the kitchen, soap, shampoo and an abundance of towels in the bathroom, this is one of the most well-stocked VRBO's we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed coffee in the sunny back yard every morning, and TV in the living room at night. We had an issue with the TV on the first night, so I texted the owner with a……

“This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The home was cozy and a good size (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol). It was a quiet and cozy neighborhood and even though two of the windows face a well traveled road you couldn’t tell the road was busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to go to a big city but wants to get away from the hustle and bustle that a big city has. I will be returning to this place! ”

“The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”
