“My family of six had a wonderful stay at the River House. Having access to the beach via the river was one of the reasons we chose this home, and that did not disappoint. Also, I enjoyed meeting Mark and you can tell from your first interaction that he really wants to be involved and help you enjoy his home. He had the kayaks and paddle boards that we had rented there and ready for us to get into the water when we arrived, and his concierge fee to do this for us was not too bad. The fresh,……

“We had an amazing time at this house. Beautiful ocean front property in a quiet neighborhood. It is an hour drive south to do most excursions. Hot tub was not working until our last night but the owner sent someone right away to check it-fortunately that was the only thing that didn’t work. The kitchen came very well stocked and the view was amazing! We all had a wonderful time there!”

“We stayed for 10 days at the Woodrose plantation near Moloaa Bay. Our family had an excellent time enjoying Kauai, especially our stay in this secluded quiet location surrounded by fruit trees. We loved the short walk to the beach which we did several times each day. The bay is also secluded and peaceful and offered opportunities for swimming and snorkeling, protected from too many waves. The house had plenty of rooms and space for our needs. Temperature was very manageable with all the ceiling……

“Our family of 6 had an absolutely magical time in my most favorite place in all of the Hawaiian islands. This home is well appointed for cooking as well as all beach needs ( towels, snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards, surf boards as well as bikes). The interior is bright clean, comfortable and surrounded by lush tropical plants with tons of orchids. The outdoor shower though was the absolute favorite especially at night with the stars out!We walked to the beach and in to town, close distance……

“Condo complex easy to find close to main road. Not much in walking distance. Pool and bbq’s we used often, never busy. Parking bay number incorrect as per listing. Condo has the parking pass and correct bay# inside ”
