“Just returned home from a long weekend what a lovely stay we had the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we required included it was in a very peaceful location parking was right outside the door we was greeted by a lovely lady called Michelle and nothing was to much trouble for her after a couple of hours settling in we had a knock on the door from the owner he asked if everything was okay and if we need anything not to hesitate and give him a call I thought that was a very nice……

“When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. “Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again”

“We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was……
