“This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. It allowed us to explore another culture and grow closer across 3 generations on family. Simply Outstanding! I highly recommend this dinner and the house.”

“Would thoroughly recommend this home to stay for a large family, there was plenty of space for our family group of 6 adults and one child. The property was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside space was great, we enjoyed using bbq and dining on the decking area which had a large table to seat us all. Also loved sitting in the lounge looking out at the wonderful view over the lake. The location was great too as all amenities were an easy walk……

“My wife and I came to vacation in Ireland with our 6 children. This was a lovely home that fit us perfectly. We stayed a week and traveled each day to another location to see the SW of the country. Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. This may not be applicable for the majority of the year, but it was very warm when we stayed, and with no A/C, we wanted to open……

“From start to finish we were made to feel most welcome. Even on our morning walks the local drivers all waved and said good morning. We are from the UK and the US. This charming house provided us with a perfect base to explore the area and also hunker down and enjoy our family time. Joe and Carmen are the kindest hosts. “I have to preface this with an *. I had booked the gardener's cottage but there was some sort of booking mishap and the cottage was double booked. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. I would have like the solitude of the cottage, but I am not upset as I had a lovely time. You should most definitely get dinner. The food was exceptional. I enjoyed interacting with the other guests and the host over……

“The view from the back deck is amazing. It was nice after a day out, to come back, have a glass of wine on the peaceful deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
