“Booked prior to the start of the season on the Cape, but no less a great time! The cottage was close to P-Town and even pre-season there was still a lot to do. The cottage is nice and perfect for a sibling reset or couples getaway or even a recharge with a friend. Communication was great and overall the stay was 10/10. ”

“My husband and I wanted a place to relax and reflect after our wedding weekend. This was perfect! Bright, clean, and simple with gorgeous ocean view. Spacious back deck for overlooking shimmering sea, by day. Sound of waves lapping shore, by night. We nearly had the beach to ourselves this time of year. Sweet cafes and restaurants easily accessible in P town, a short drive. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Grateful this place is shared!”

“We had such a wonderful time here. The only problem was that we weren't able to stay longer. My wife runs each morning and she was able to run through downtown PTown with ease; so very, very close but far enough away so there are no crowds. A perfectly beautiful beach with great views and privacy - just perfect. “This place is a slice of heaven. If it’s a 5star resort you’re looking for it’s not here. This place is for the simple life. Water so close you can touch it from inside it feels. “Great place for my solo trip to the Cape! The condo was cozy, had everything I needed, and clean. The little bunny living on property gave an extra star for sure. Host was very responsive to messages. Close enough to lots of major beaches and just a walk away from a really beautiful sunset ocean spot. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“one thing - We did have an issue there being garbage piled outside the cottage when we arrived. I called to have it removed, but the removal took so long, the neighbors blamed us for the mess. I explained that is was not our garbage and I did not have the tools to clean it up. So the neighbor cleaned it up. Otherwise, it was wonderful and the neighbor was kind. Thank you.”
