“This property was beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and in the prefect location for our short trip to Brewster. The unit had everything we needed and more. The host was gracious and was always reachable. We loved our time! ”

“Great location and really neat historic property. Spacious yard and nice extras like beach equip, provided linens and basic toiletries. Bathrooms are older 1960s vintage (if you like or don’t like that). Note that the upstairs three bedrooms (two twins and one queen) do not have any air conditioning - just fans. We got a cool week in the mid 70s so it wasn’t too bad for our 8 and 10 year old - but would have been tough if it was much hotter. Also - safety note that the steep stairs going to……

The home was lovely — clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for a relaxing Cape Cod Girls’ Trip.The quiet beach just steps away was a highlight. “Girls long weekend - this place was perfect for us. Typical older Cape cottage walking distance to the bay. Big table inside and another big table outside on the shady deck. Easily sat the 7 of us for meals and games. Roomy bedrooms, good beds (although best to bring your own pillow). Nothing fancy, but we found the place comfortable and serviceable. Good internet (no TV but we'd never use it anyway). Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the Landing. Centrally located for beaching and……

“Clean, bright, cozy, and private. Short, easy walk to a small beach on the Brewster Flats. Great location. Beds comfy. Quiet neighborhood and pleasant, quiet yard with nice deck. We saw a deer in the yard! Good to know: No facial tissues provided so bring your own. Indoor eating space is countertop/stools only and tight if it rains (nice table available on deck outdoors if it doesn't).”
