“We had a great vacation! The property was just as shown. Lots of space for a 2 bedroom and very convenient to restaurants and the beaches! ”

“We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!”

“This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year.”

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……

“What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking. We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!”

“Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. ”
