“Great property very close to shops and restaurants in Padanaram. Very clean with lots of kitchen amenities. The portable AC units worked perfectly throughout the heatwave during our stay. Very quiet and peaceful location. We used the paddle boards and kayaks which was a nice bonus. It’s tricky getting them in the water especially at low tide.”

“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! From booking to check out, etc., everything went very smoothly. I will stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you, I feel……
