“Our group of 4 friends had a wonderful stay - we had plenty of space between the 3 queen beds & 1 twin. The location can't be beat! Incredible value and everything we needed for a girls weekend in Newport. Thank you!”

“This house is a great stay for a family. Close to shops and beaches. The fenced yard gives extra security for a family with children. We had the best time making S’mores around the fire pit. The outside shower was a huge hit. The outside shower fixture was incredible. We all enjoyed being able to come from the beach and clean up. Plenty of towels for the house, beach and spotless sheets! We had a wonderful time exploring all of the beaches and fishing spots. The hosts are quick to respond to……

“The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work. ”

“The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights.……

“We were very impressed with this property. So many rooms to spread out in with TVs in all those places. Beautiful scenery with water views. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get over to the road to Newport or Falls River, MA. We got to Cape Cod, Falmouth, and Martha's Vineyard with ease. ”

“We had a great time at this property. There were 8 of us and plenty of space. The downstairs has a space with 2 bedrooms and a tv area that was perfect for the kids. It gave them their own space which they loved!! Would definitely recommend this home to others.The street was a little busier than we anticipated however that also meant lots of convenience. Walgreens, Dunks, ice cream shop and much more within minutes or walking distance. We had a great trip.”
