“Branden was at the desk when I arrived. I had spoken to him the previous night with questions about parking for the jetport shuttle. He was VERY helpful in explaining the website for the Right Way Parking was outdated and assured me that parking was very easy and safe in front of the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was very clean. My room was very clean. I liked the large refillable bottles of soap, shampoo, & conditioner. The room was quiet considering it……

“The staff at the Portland Airport location is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a friend fly into town to meet me, and the hotel allowed a late checkout until her flight arrived. Cocktail hour is definitely a reason to stay. Waypoint restaurant is great. Even with renovations to the dining room and bar just starting, they were still very accommodating with breakfast and such. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the employees……

“The only thing, is, we were not told to request cleaning the room. We thought we were ignored for four days,but come to find out, we had to request our room to be cleaned. Great breakfast, nice bed.”
