“This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. She is a genuinely nice person, always has a good smile, and kept our room neat and tidy. On the other hand, we feel parking should not be charged on top of the room price.”

“The hotel room was divine. It was spacious, fabulously decorated and the bathtub was one of the poshest ones I have bathed in! The four boutique rooms have a spacious balcony each that looks out into a quiet courtyard. It was a luxurious experience. The breakfast delivered to my door was yummy and gigantic! Thank you for a memorable experience!”

“I thought the Fairmont in San Francisco was the best, but our Gold Suite at the Royal York put SF to shame. The suite, the exclusive lounge, the exclusive elevator — it was definitely worth the price. I can’t recall the last time I had a hotel room that made me want to stay inside all day, but this one did. Splurge and do it. ”
