“The common areas and rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive when there. Food was tasty but could be difficult for picky eaters. We were bummed we didn't get to meet the pugs :( Great location to a lot of places and very secure/safe. The only downside was that on our 2nd day, all the parking spots were taken when we came back and we paid for a spot for the entirety of our stay. Luckily someone came and left after we waited for about 20 minutes but that would have……

“I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it……

“Enjoyed my stay here. The property and the room were clean. The only issue I had was the AC stopped working and I had to call the front desk and have them walk me through resetting both thermostats. Other than that I had no issues. Would stay here again if I am in the area. ”
