“住了半个月，酒店隔音效果不好，在街边比较嘈杂，位置可以，方便出行。”

“generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.”

“The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. ”

“It was clean and quiet, relatively new, near the Link lite rail. Parking was scarce around the hotel, and the garage is a tight fit. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were good in the restaurant/cafe. ”

“Check in was at at late hour. The staff welcomed me with a smile and quickly got us checked in. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. ”

“客房內無水可飲用，需要多次提醒才提供。 房客沒有再預計時間4:30pm在一樓集合，因為客人是單獨出差，所以擔心在房內暈倒或發生意外，拜託櫃檯值班人員打給房客，但櫃檯人員拒絕內線聯絡客人，理由是會吵到隔壁房間。 溝通許久決定要叫警察來處理櫃檯人員的拒絕態度時，櫃檯態度非常惡劣，快到５點旅館經理才出現幫忙上樓敲門找到房客。”

“We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Room was very clean. No issues with parking and Wi-Fi.”

“I enjoyed my stay. I found the bathroom clean and the bed was quite comfortable. My only negatives are that it takes a long time to get hot water and it’s light pressure, and the common area floors could use a good wash. The host was easy and efficient to deal with online though. I really enjoyed the codes to get in/out so I could easily walk around neighbourhood and come and go like my own house. I was alone so it’s a perfect stay for solo travellers. If I was with a partner though it may not……

“This has become my go to place when I come to Kirkland several times a year. It’s always been a quiet hotel (with normal street traffic sounds outside). The rooms feel spacious as is the bathroom. ”
