“Front desk person was phenomenal and very accommodating. The room was clean and had many amenities. The outside was a little rough, but I did feel safe, and my car was secure. The inside of the room made up for it all. I would stay here again, very reasonable prices. Many restaurants around.”

“This historic motel is well preserved and reasonably priced. I prefer an old independent property instead of a cookie cutter chain. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the guest amenities were a cut above. The staff was friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast offerings were plentiful. “Always great to stay at the Hopi Cultural Center. This is about my eighth stay over the years and the customer service is always excellent. The restaurant is always good and the wait staff is great. The fact it is not a "chain" nor a five-star hotel, doesn't take away from the friendly staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and beautiful surrounding areas. ”

"The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can improve its attention to detail."
