“We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. It is convenient to many stores and restaurants but is on a quiet street. The property was immaculate and had everything a guest could want or need. Brandi was very gracious and helpful to us. We loved her beautiful salt water aquarium! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando/Winter Park area!”

“My friends and I had a delightful stay at the Garden House. It was extremely clean and neat and nicely decorated. The kitchen looked new and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have had a nicer stay! ”

“Had a great time. The games kept the kids occupied. The bunk beds were a plus. Had a big front and back yard for them to run around. Didnt do any cooking but has a nice size kitchen and dining room for those who want to eat in. Loved the location, close to everything. Neighborhood seemed very family oriented. Would recommend to those who have kids.”

“We used this house for my son and 5 groomsmen before his wedding. The house was clean and roomy. Fully functional. Great place. No downside at all. ”

“Very excited to stay in such a nice apartment on 6th floor. Due to street detours it was a bit difficult to manuver to the building. Place was clean, could've used a few more curtain panels to completely cover the windows.It would have been nice to have instructions for the coffee maker. Overall enjoyed our stay.”
