“The property was super close to everything cool including the riverwalk, the Alamo, and velvet taco. There were a bunch of stocked amenities, enough space for two people, a kitchen where we made chicken nuggets and a small dining area with flowers, and coffee, water, and tea free of charge. The bed was comfy too but I sleep with a lot of blankets so I should’ve brought more. Overall awesome place and easy to communicate with the owner. Would go again”

“Celebrated my daughters graduation and this property was a great place to do it!! Great game room and the pool table was a nice bonus!!”

“We had a fantastic stay. We were in the area for our grandsons graduation from boot camp to Air Man. (Aim High) The host are right on top of everything. Enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Cooked great family meals in the kitchen. We absolutely loved this place. So full of wonder. We were expecting a Unicorn to come by. That’s how enchanting it is. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the San Antonio area. Thank you for such a memorable stay. ”

“Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. We were being told we were being loud, we had small childten with us. ? What do expect? Sorry will not be staying here again.”

“Overall, this is a beautifully designed property. The pool table and movie theatre are definitely highlights. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I feel some things should have been checked prior to us arriving so we didn't have to call them. One of the pool sticks did not have a tip on it and there were issues hooking up the Xbox. He came to replace it and he had to hook up Wi-fi for X-box to work. Xbox is an older version. He did apologize for not having the the grass……

“Loved the location and the property. It is within walking distance of Gruene Hall and several restaurants. There are a couple things that I was not aware of. If you are older or not in good shape, please be aware that the access to the river is very steep walk/climb. Its not too bad going down, but going up is difficult. We did this one time lol. We just rented tubes from Rockin R and just rode river through them. The property does not offer tubes. The owners were very kind to offer……
