“Quiero agradecer por mi estancia en el Cid Castilla, siempre es un placer regresar, el trato que nos dio la recepcionista fue excelente y muy amable, la comida siempre espectacular, los meseros siempre atentos y amables solamente les pediría que arreglaran la regadera de la habitación 0214 ya que tira agua de la regadera y la llave al mismo tiempo y no se va el agua, se estanca y se desperdicia mucha agua (se le llamó al de mantenimiento y jamás llegó) pero lo demás fue excelente siguen siendo……
