“This property was beautiful and authentic, perfect Tulum vibes. The waitstaff were amazing and some were even Mayan which was incredible to chat with them about. The front desk staff was ok- they were a bit on their high horse at times and tried to overcharge for a few things we did not use in the room ( read your bill throughly!!). But the waitstaff and chefs I can’t compliment enough ! Excellent with food allergies, requests and got everything right every time. Amazing people. ”

“El lugar es muy lindo, la habitación me la entregaron después de 4:30. Deberia mejorar en su restaurante no tenian desayuno a la carta y buffet no se veia nada apetitoso. “Our stay was great. They have everything we needed. The kitchen had cookware and utensils. They had a coffee pot with plenty coffee and sugar. They have a beautiful pool and best of all fifi the host. Fifi and Spotty are loveable dogs in the property. The human staff are awesome too! I think his name was Oliver who made a bonfire for us to enjoy. Hats off to a thoughtful well planned small hotel.”

“Estancia agradable conectando con la naturaleza y el silencio ya que no se permite el ruido, las camas muy incomodas, pensé que la alberca era de agua termal caliente pero es tibia tirándole a fría y no la limpian solo por la tarde le quitan el agua, pero lo sucio queda en el suelo y la vuelven a llenar al día siguiente con todos los sedimentos entonces se ve grasosa, y con costras, a pesar de ser termal no se apetece meter, la comida es sabrosa, la propiedad bien cuidada en espacios verdes.”
