“Heat stay”

“I’m very satisfied with our stay overall. The elevator wasn’t always working, but not a big deal. We were on the fifth floor and took the stairs a couple times”

“Staff at front desk was very accommodating for a disabled individual. We had a pet room but the toilet was way too low for disabled. Frank was very thoughtful and understanding, and changed our room to an ADA room. Will stay again. Everyone was very kind!”
