“Boho studio in Central Phoenix exceeded my expectations! The private entry and patio were perfect for relaxing, and the pool was a refreshing oasis. WiFi signal was strong and reliable, and the EV charger was a convenient bonus. I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

“This place is a 2 only because it is rundown. and falling apart. There were 2 large piles of dog feces at our front door and beer cans strewn all over the area. In addition to the ridiculous price I then see charge from you for your fee. Please visit the place before renting again.”

“Not sure if they were or are doing renovations but super dirty. There was no TV on either television. Very disappointed on stay. The description stated non smoking property, but room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. ”

“In town to visit our son. Although it was very hot, this little apartment remained comfortable. Our favorite part, access to some hiking in the Sonoran preserve nearby. Getting away from the chaotic city was much appreciated by staying here. ”

“Walked in to room smelled like smoke, someone clogged the smoke detector, looked like blood stains on carpet on the way to bathroom. Worst thing I found roaches in the dishwasher and in bathroom sink. Wasn't enough bedding for pullout couch had to go to front desk to ask for blankets, worst blankets I've ever used felt like cardboard.”

“This was mine and my partners second year staying at this location. We enjoy the feeling of it being behind a locked gate and more private. The area seems friendly, and the unit is kept clean and organized. Easy check in and good AC/Fan in unit as well (needed for those hot days) pool is a great addition, a little too cold for us in November, but overall very nice! Good price as well. Shampoo/body wash are supplied which is nice. Only thing I would recommend is more towels for people like us who……

“Property is as advertised. Perfect size for my boyfriend and I. I could see it also working if it was a family with two children. Super convenient location near highway, and stores/grocers for any needs that arise. Neighborhood was quiet day & night. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was perfect for what I needed. The listing was very upfront about details. Pictures were slightly deceiving but I didn’t need anything crazy nice so I was not disappointed. Coming front out of state never having been to Arizona I honestly should have done more research on the location but it was a quick trip where I wasn’t at my room much anyway. But worked perfectly for what I needed.”
