“The Home was as depicted in the listing. Good location in a good neighborhood. Convient to Scottsdale , Cave Creek and other places of interest in Phoenix. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Grocery store a few blocks away. The large washer and dryer was nice. I felt the kitchen was very minimally equiped. Especially for a house with 4 bedrooms that can accmodate up to 8 people. There were only 6 glasses in the kkitchen when we got there. That was corrected promptly as more glasses were……

“This place was a good stay in a nice neighborhood. However, it isn't worth the price we paid for it. They make the pool heating process complicated and wanted 350 per day to heat it. You also couldn't choose which days you wanted it heated because the "pool guys don't work on the weekends". In fact neither did their customer service. They literally tell you via platform and signs in the house that there is no customer service available from Friday at 5pm until Monday morning at 8am. I'm……

“We really enjoyed our stay! A group of 6 adults and 8 children visited for 4 days for Spring Break. We loved the pool, space, and our trip overall. The house was clean and had great accommodations. We ran into a small issue and the owner took steps to rectify immediately. The assistants to the owner were incredibly helpful and made the little communication we needed very easy. We would absolutely recommend this house and would love to book again the next time we visit our friend in AZ! ”

“Communication was prompt both before and during our stay. This home was perfect for our visit for our son's 30th- plenty of space for dining and sleeping. We loved the kitchen , game room, and outside space.Minor issues upon check in which were addressed as best as possible after prompt communication- 1. Swimming bathroom sink clogged up ( not fixed ) 2. Swimming pool vacuum not working ( worked once during the stay )3 propane tanks empty( replaced asap) 4 fire pit and gas grill had lighting……

“The yard/patio really made our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub throughout our stay and the covered patio was the perfect meal spot. The outdoor TV was great for poolside entertainment as well! Comfortable beds and the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. Only a seven minute drive to grocery stores and big box stores for any other needs or groceries. Our only wish was that there was a charging block or outles accessible in the master……

They took great pleasure in beating me at 8 ball on the pool table.The house was very spacious for the 5 if us and overall a great time was had by all in very much needed 90* days”

“We stayed here with our kids (17 and 20). There was plenty of comfortable space for everyone and the property was very clean and nicely decorated. The linens and provided soap/shampoo etc. were nice and well stocked. We did not heat the pool and it stayed quite chilly (even though temps near 90 each day). The property was close to the highway which made it a convenient launching point for our activities (primarily golf and hiking). It is also quite close to an airport where small planes start……
