“The friendliness, organization and attention to detail from the staff helped make our honeymoon so smooth. We spent more time at the hotel than we initially expected but so glad we had such a wonderful landing spot to spend our time at. Between the pools, restaurants, trail, yoga, and being 6 minutes from downtown, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We thought it would just be a place for us to sleep at night and ended up being a highlight of our experience. ”

“We absolutely loved the kindness and thoughtfulness of people at the resort. The food, rooms, and pools were amazing! I only wish our plane had arrived on time so we hadn’t missed the first day. Our only suggestion is to maybe change up the music in the dining area a little more. ”

“The owner was amazing and takes pride in what she has accomplished with this facility and it shows. Balcony views allowed us to hear and be submerged with nature itself with howler monkeys close enough and can be heard morning and night. Excursions and restaurants are close by and made it convenient. ”

Wandering the grounds, we enjoyed visiting the farm animals and spotting native wildlife in their element. “Overall I agree with other reviews, even the negative ones. We stayed during the low season, so I don’t know what it’s like when the occupancy is 50% and more. We loved how private it felt, and staff were very accommodating and put a lot of care to make us feel very special. Top 3 highlights are amazing view of volcano, staff and thermal pool/swim up bar & jacuzzi. Negatives are like others said, there’s a very busy road just beyond the property, so if you wake up early and hang out on the……
