“Poor service of Sona and pool”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“Wir waren jetzt zum 5. Mal in diesem wundervollen Hotel und wir genießen jeden Aufenthalt. Das Hotel bietet uns Ruhe, eine tolle große Suite mit eigener Küche und einen fantastischen Ausblick. Ein großer Pool und das Meer sind mit privaten Liegen ausgestattet und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und dies auch auf dem Zimmer zu genießen. Der SPA Bereich ist grandios und die Anwendungen sind großartig. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend bis auf die Lagoon Bar am Pool……

“Personal sehr net und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt mittendrin der Party Straße. Für junge Leute passt perfekt. Von 18:00 bis 6:00 morgens wird vor dem Hotel gefeiert. Ich empfehle ein Zimmer direkt zum Hinterhof zu nehmen, dann kann man ruhig schlaffen. ”

“The hotel felt very luxurious and my room was lovely, with a big balcony and walk in shower. Only things I’d say could be improved were that the reception staff said they would call us when our rooms were ready before the 3pm check in time, but we were never called so had to just go back at 3pm and ask again. We never got chance to sit at the adults only pool on the top floor as it was always too busy even early on in the day, and the other pools were quite loud and child-focussed with……

“Staff is nice, room is good, but noisy. WiFi does not work inside bedrooms. Other than that, good value for your money”

“Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant. You can even see the welcome message with your name displayed on the TV in your room, pretty cool. * The first room we got is spacious (as it's on the edge). Cons: * Found out the A/C heating function is not……

“Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, principalmente grazie al personale estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. La colazione, sebbene prevalentemente salata, era deliziosa ogni mattina. Un vero punto di forza è la piscina all'ultimo piano: un'oasi di relax con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia, perfetta per godersi il panorama nonostante i lavori in corso a Bugibba. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'ottima insonorizzazione della nostra stanza, che ci ha garantito un soggiorno……

“Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Warmly greeted on arrival with a welcome drink. Arrived just in time for dinner on our first day, ushered into dining room for a hearty meal. Room was booked as a double but we had two single beds zip linked so it was a queen sized bed, unexpected. The rooms were kept clean by the lovely staff with nothing too much for them. Always greeted with a smile.Swimming pools had plenty of sun loungers, so no early towel staking out of the pool. Pool towels provided……

“很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。”

“Even it was stated that the hotel was soundproof, and a reason why I choose this hotel, it was quite the opposite, there was a lot of noise from outside, but even more from inside the hotel, could hear peoples tv from across the hallway, and it was not turned up unreasonably, for one thing.”
