“The place is run by enthusiasts, motivated by the architectural significance of the 60s hydro-electric project. If that rings your bell, go for it. If not, think twice. The food is good and honest, I enjoyed the local trout for dinner and hand smoked salmon for breakfast (you can tell it's the real deal because there's the odd bone in, a machine wouldn't miss that). Apart from the food, view, nature, history, architecture and some pool access I didn't use, there isn't much else. No disco, no 24……

“Helt greit hotell. Supersentral beliggenhet. Rent og innbydende rom. Veldig god frokost. Skikkelig gode senger. Hvis det skal pirkes på noe så er rommene litt små, men det gjør absolutt ingenting. Kommer ikke til Haugesund for å sitte på hotellrommet. ”
