“We loved having our dog and boat with us on vacation! We ventured out to Torch Lake, which was about an hour's boat ride, but it was totally worth it!! Having a dock at the house was great. The house felt and smelled like a cabin, but it completely served its purpose. I would have loved to be able to see the water from the house, but not a long walk to the dock to sit and watch the sunrise. For the price the place is great!”

We enjoyed visiting Elk Rapids, Bellaire, and Traverse City during the days, and then sitting around a crackling fire in the firepit at night! “Beautifully designed and clean space located within walking distance to a peaceful and lively beach. We had a great visit at the Barn and would absolutely stay here again. A couple of things to be aware of - 1) there are three septic system from various properties that drain to the back of the house. We had the unfortunate experience of the truck coming to drain those three receptacles while we we getting ready to head out for the day - very smelly and gross. 2) The intersection on Bay 22 had a……
