“I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. “It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
