“The hotel is very clean and modern.”

“The house was not clean nor in proper condition to be rented. The house was rather run down but most concerning was the mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The house rules also state that there is an additional charge for each door and window left unlocked upon departure. When I arrived I checked all the windows and found 5 of them unlocked. If I had not check so closely, would I have been charged? ”

“Check in and check out was very easy. House was clean. Very close to stores and downtown Reno. Host was responsive. Would stay here again.”

“La llegada automática con código es muy cómoda. La situación está genial, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y de la autopista. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro.La casa está bien pero le falta mucho cariño, falta mejor como vasos o cubiertos (hay muy pocos) el patio es muy agradable por espacio pero le faltaba mucha limpieza, hojas secas por todos lados, excrementos de perros… ”

“The room was small and could use a small dresser for a little more storage, but very it was comfortable. I loved how cute it was! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The noise was there, but we sleep with a sound machine so it was not an issue for us at all. Would stay again!”
