“We stayed here for memorial day weekend. Although the weather could have been warmer we had s great time! The hot tub was definitely a plus! ”

“We had a group of 20 adults and we all had the best time. Our group travels together to many VRBO locations and this house was probably the best one that we have stayed. Not only was the owner great but the house was very clean, fully stocked with anything you would need (which isn’t usually the case), check out was easy and the location was amazing. When I asked the group, the only complaint was that there is not a community full bath and the bathtub by the upstairs kitchen is so slick that……

“The house was cozy and welcoming. It met all of our needs for a weekend stay as a family. We appreciated the efforts made to meet the needs of all types of guests, since we had two small children (3 and under) with us. We all enjoyed waking up with a beautiful view of Coldwater Lake.”

“This is a great Lake front property! It had everything we needed to feel like home. We had a blast using the kayaks, paddle boat and fire pit for smores. Short ride to town to get a few groceries and then no need or desire to go anywhere else. Definitely look forward to making more memories next trip!”

“House is huge. It's big enough that if you all want to do something together you can. If you want to spread out and have your own spaces to do something on your own or a small conversations you can. We barely saw the kids. They would get up in the morning and head out to fish the ponds and show back up in the evening if we didn't check on them in between. They had gray fish stories, good enough to get the men down fishing! We loved how laid back the managers are and the communication was……
